Bachelor's Degrees in Translation & Interpreting and Advertising & Public Relations, Postgraduate Courses in Communication Management and Team Management, she has also been trained in areas such as social media, SEO/SEM, protocol, selling techniques, coaching and languages in United Kingdom, Germany and USA.

She began her professional career as a translator and interpreter, but later focused on the communication, marketing, advertising and public relations fields. Member of AGPTI, Association for Business Communication and Club de Creativos.

At the end of 2012 she completed the Master of Communication Management of the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California (Los Angeles), with a Barrié Foundation scholarship. Since then, she works as communication consultant and trainer for several companies and institutions, and participates, as a tutor, facilitator and mentor, in programs like GRADschool and 3 Day Startup.

In 2018 she completed her PhD in Communication at the University of Vigo.
